Meet Our La Crosse Dental Team
A Team That Focuses on Connection & Care

At All Smiles Implants and Family Dental, our committed dental team in La Crosse cares about building lasting connections with patients, which is why we always take our time getting to know you. We believe this personalized touch allows us to better care for not only your oral health, but you as a whole person, too! You can learn more about our small, amazing team by reading their short biographies below.
Miranda, Front Desk Administrative Assistant

A native of La Crosse, Miranda studied at Winona State University with a major in Communications and a minor in Gender Studies. She began working in the dental field as a patient care coordinator before transitioning into an office manager role. She even has experience as a financial coordinator and has undergone continuing education courses in HR, leadership, and office flow. Her favorite thing about her job is the people, as she feels lucky to be part of an amazing and supportive team while also building relationships with patients and making them feel comfortable during their visits.
Away from the office, Miranda is a proud dog mom to two high-energy dogs that keep her on her toes and help her stay active. She also loves being outdoors, gardening, reading, trying new recipes, spending time with family on the river, and traveling to new places when possible. One fun fact about her: her very first job was picking worms at a local bait shop!
Darcy, Dental Assistant

With over a decade of experience in the dental field, Darcy loves creating positive experiences for every patient who walks through our doors. Helping others achieve their dream smiles is especially rewarding, and she enjoys learning as much as possible every day to provide the best care. She’s worked with endodontists and oral surgeons before going back to general dentistry, and she has leadership training. Oral surgery is one of her favorite things to help with.
Born and raised on a dairy farm in Chaseburg, WI, Darcy now lives with her significant other, their child, and their rescue cat in Harpers Ferry, IA. She loves to garden, spend time on the river during summer, and go to local race tracks for stock car racing. She also likes traveling when she can, such as going north to a cabin to fish for Bluegills or going to Nashville during winter to enjoy live country music. One cool fact about her: her family farm was featured in National Geographic in 2001 for their contour strips!
Tarra, Dental Hygienist

Tarra has nearly three decades of experience in dentistry now, and she remains just as passionate about her work as ever. She studied at Northcentral Technical College in Wausau to obtain her degree in dental hygiene as well as her certifications in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. The best part of her job is that she gets to build strong relationships with both her team and patients.
Originally from Chili, WI, Tarra lives with her husband, their three boys, and their two chocolate labradors named Reya and Rylee. Her hobbies include quilting, landscaping, hiking, and walking in the woods. She has her own quilting business called “Chilly Day Quilting” where she makes T-shirt quilts to keep people’s memories for years to come in a homemade quilt!
